The person I spoke to was extremely nice and professional, even offering me a discount for being honest about not being a Veteran or in a position to receive a discount. Fast forward to December 2024, I've been calling and texting and can't seem to get anyone from Midwest Air Duct Cleaning to come out and give me an estimate. Every time I text a

Charged service fee without disclosing that at appt scheduling. Inspection consisted of a man looking at my dryer vent and quoting me $1k for a new vent connection. Barely touched anything when I called to comp lain about the service fee the owner spoke over me, was rude and told me never to call back. A1 customer service. I would not use them unless you want to get price gouged for being a woman.

Despite the weather conditions, Nick arrived exactly on time, was efficient and professional. We are very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend them.
