Got the job done to change a lock but would not use this company. Rude service, unprofessional, and arbitrary pricing.

I was lucky to get a same day garage door repair after the spring and cables broke from age. The repairman, explained the process of repair and the workings of the door and opener system.

Unfortunately, this review is for the answering service they use to answer their calls. The lady that answered the phone is rude, unprofessional, and nasty. Had a child screaming in the background. This was a complete turn off! It crazy she answered the phone for this company (Midtown Doors Repair and Installation) and another company Davis Doors . I hope the next place I call doesn't use the same answering service, just sad!
