First time ever dealing with a Chimney Company. Derrick was sent over to Sweep the chimney. Brought to my attention that since I switched from Oil to Gas I needed a liner for the Chimney. Also showed me how the exhaust from the water heater and furnace were not properly attached to the Chimney. Scheduled his team to come back to add a liner and fix the pipes.
