Poor communication and attitude. Entitled.

You should tell your drivers to keep theirs hands on the wheel at all times. White f150 with a trailer going down Osceola parkway onto westbound I 4 October 1st 830 am. Driver kept both hands on his phone staring at it and down at his center console while continuously cutting people off (maybe because he wasn’t focused on driving). Seems this company needs to hire some better drivers because I’m not the only one seeing this.

One of their drivers almost wrecked into 3 cars on interstate. They were in a truck with a trailer and were not paying attention and were running off the road and driving in between lanes almost hitting multiple vehicles
