I was stranded at my apartment building with a car that wouldn't start. Two of your amazing employees stopped to help jump my car. Even on a time crunch they went out of their way, which speaks volumes about the overall company's character. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! My experience with this company was disappointing from the very first interaction. When I initially called, there was no answer. I then sent a text introducing myself, and the response I received was rude, sarcastic, and condescending—especially surprising considering this was my first time ever contacting them.
