I appreciated Michigan Solar Solutions having someone on duty on a saturday morning. I didn't need service but they were able to answer my question and gave me valuable information regarding maintenance on my solar panels. I will definitely call them again if i have any issues.

Worst customer service ever! Installed a system with battery backup. Been down 6 weeks. And canceled on multiple times.
