I’ve had my grill for almost 5 years and I’ve used it A LOT! Last week, I visited the showroom to look into replacing the ceramic briquette trays. They quickly arranged the replacement and sent it via FedEx! now my grill looks like new again. I love how easy it is to replace parts when needed, and how fast they resolve any concerns. I truly recommend this grill brand, it’s been a great investment!
