Mengel was great to work with. Our Sales person was Brett Thompson who kept us informed & communicated every step of the way. The installation team were professional and cleaned up constantly while removing the existing windows & installing the new. We would recommend Mengel Exteriors highly. Our recently purchased home has replacement windows from Mengel Exteriors, installed by previous owner, but I noticed a small defect between the layers of glass. I had the installation paperwork and called Mengel. Liz was fantastic took all the information and called me back once the replacement sash was ready. Although I had not purchased anything from them, Mengel treated me with great respect and care. So, I will be using their services in the future!
