He was very respectful of my schedule and did a fantastic job repairing a vent pipe that was located in a hard-to-access area. McQueen Plumbing was a referral from a rodent technician who was working at my home. Called them Friday afternoon and had an appointment for Monday morning. Within 4 hours they completed a major plumbing repair in my hall bath and did a great job in cleaning up. I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
