Similar experience to others—take your business elsewhere. I paid a deposit, then spent a month and a half chasing them to schedule the project, without success. They blamed the weather, despite no measurable rainfall on roughly two-thirds of the days during that period. I ultimately hired another company that completed the job within five days of outreach for half the cost. I still haven’t been able to recover my deposit, and they’ve been completely unresponsive.

Jazmine did an outstanding job pressure washing & staining our fence. She’s a hard worker who pays close attention to detail, and it really shows in the final result. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Very good at what they do but their communication is lacking. Update they never made contact with us about the job we needed them to do. And did not answer a request to refund our deposit. The review is actually both sides you agreed to cancel the job and refund the deposit. Of which you have yet to do. Communication is key if you had a family emergency I would have been ok with that but you left us in the dark and we didn't know what was going on.
