I have 2 underground old cement rooms attached to my home. The constant leaking into the basement had worn away part of the shared basement wall and wooden stairway and caused mold to grow on the interior wall of one of the rooms. 8-10-25..We had McCoy waterproof our basement 25 years ago when we first moved into our house that was built in 1926. This morning after the all nite rain that dumped 4-6 inches on the MKE area I went down to the basement and looked and said "God bless McCoy!" after finding it completely dry!
