A small amount of work was done to clean a gutter. Bill said other work on the gutters needed done and he agreed to send me a listing of what needed done and the cost. This was a few weeks ago and so far I have received no written estimates. I even called them twice to remind them about it and all I get is Dan's not in the office right now. If I have to wait who knows how long just to get an estimate, when if ever would they actually do the work?
