Have been with this company many almost 18 years . This past year had service done on the ac that the team could not repair said we needed new unit , had someone else come out and it was fixed . Let them know and cancelled that part of our service contract . This year with all the snow /ice almost ran out of oil . We’ve been on a budget and never paid attention before ( will now!). I spoke with the gm he was not kind didn’t believe where I told him my gauge was , said maybe it’s broke . I asked

McAllister Energy came and installed a much needed new hot water tank today. Very professional, on time, clean, and friendly were Ryan & Tom. Answered all my questions and explained every step. McAllister had sent Israel same day I called when I noticed water under my old tank and no hot water. He made the necessary measurements and agreement to have new one installed in a timely manner. Very pleased w/this company and HIGHLY recommend them, reasonable price as well.

Israel went above & beyond to help get heat into our log cabin during the recent ‘ice in’. We were in a complicated situation. He & his team got us a new heater system within days. Then he helped get us a new propane company to connect to get us heat. Thank you, thank you!
