Mayer Solar did a great job bouncing back from a hiccup in the process. They were actively on top of the issue at hand + provided me very frequent updates + ultimately got my problem solved with minimal intervention on my end. No company is ever perfect but ones like Mayer who aggressively correct any substandard experience that deserve my upmost praise and support. I am not happy at all. I do not understand why my electricity bill is still almost $300 a month and my solar panel bill is almost $400 a month. I also was promised a $3000 sign on bonus. I am having an absolutely terrible time with Mayer Solar! They installer the panels and batteries in November 2025. They did the electrical in December 2025. Going into end of January 2026, still not on solar. I call several people with Mayer to finally be told that the transformer on the Oncor side was not big enough to support the solar and they put in a ticket with Oncor to have it upgraded.
