We had an appointment 2 weeks out. They didn’t show up. We called after 30 minutes and no answer. They called us back 2.5 hours after the appointment time to let us know they were still in Tampa for a commercial job (at what point do you realize you aren’t going to make an appointment across the state? 2.5 hours late apparently). They asked if we could reschedule for the next day as if we didn’t already take a day off work for the first appointment in the middle of the week.
