I called in to get some information about their business and they were very rude and hung up on me

NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTS. Strange experience. I thought the scheduling was super professional, sharing a picture of the technician and great communication. Technician came out, we built the estimate list, priorities, pictures were taken. And then…nothing. For a month. I have been reaching out once a week to zero response, or “we’ll get back to you end of day.” I’m writing it off - but a lot of sunk time, and fed flag.

Very disappointed with the company. Paid 10,000 upfront as I needed my whole home replumbed. They got it to where I had water and the company sent the technician Brian somewhere else for a so called emergency. He was to come back on Monday but the company canceled and said they’d call me on Friday to reschedule. Never heard from them, I had to call them a week later and wait another week to get them to finish the job. So disappointed besides being unprofessional. Would not recommend the company

He was so polite, courteous, communicative and attentive. Justin came with Anthony and the two of them were wonderful. They were up front about everything they found out about my plumbing and we're very diligent in trying to keep the bill from getting too out of hand. They had to run out and get parts and came back with a you for my son! I couldn't have had a better experience. I will definitely be referring people to the company. They earned a forever client!

Mastropiero Plumbing performed a large job for me that required numerous visits to my home. Mr. Jones worked diligently to complete my job, kept me informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with.

Very friendly,punctual and knowledgeable individual. Very pleased with detailed explanations of kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installation. Highly recommend.
