I was seriously having a straighy up shitty day already, and bless it be the day, I locked myself out of my car in Chicago with no way in. Let alone in March. Alexander came out as soon as he could and saved my entire night. He clearly knew what he was doing and was just a good guy. I cannot appreciate more what help I got with these people tonight.
