They did a great job on a French drain at my house for a fair price. And after my sibling recommended them for foundation work, I recently reached out to them about possible foundation issues. My home is almost 100 years old and he was great at answering questions/providing advice. He recommended getting an independent structural engineer’s opinion before shopping around for the work. It is so refreshing to find an honest and trustworthy company.
These guys are the best of the best. I've worked with countless foundations companies and these have become my #1. Great communication, great pricing and fast work. I recommend them to anyone needing foundation work, masonry work, waterproofing, etc...
From start to finish Masonry Waterproofing was great. Marc evaluated our house carefully and found the source of the water in our basement and diverted it. Far better than letting it in and then pumping it out. The work was doing well and quickly and the cost was fair and explained with no surprises, communication was excellent, 5 stars.
They did great work on two projects for me and always had excellent communication, fair pricing, and effective results. I consider them very trustworthy and are always my first call for drainage issues.
