Jacob was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable as to diagnosing the situation with my Heat-pump. Also, upon leaving my home, he noticed some water on the sidewalk leading to my front door and asked if my kitchen sink was in that area. He came back into the house to look under my kitchen sink and under my dishwasher to make sure that I didn’t have any leaks. I will definitely be contacting Marz Mechanical in the future when my heat-pump needs replacement. Thank you, Jacob and Chrystal!

Jacob and Juan came to my house the following day after making the service request. Very professional and explained what the issues were. Didn't try to overcharge or sell me something that I didn't need. They did a thorough job of not only checking what I thought the problem was, but made sure the entire system was working well and within specs. I will always use them for my HVAC needs. Would definitely recommend.
