Went with Marvella because of their honest assessment of our needs and our budget for a new patio and quick responses. We decided on a concrete pour, and there was no attempt to guilt us into up selling, they talked us through the whole project, walk us through the process (including getting a survey done, HOA letters, etc) and worked with local contractors at each step. We are very happy with the results, and will be recommending Marvella to all our family and friends.

Updated: Marvella's toxic relationships with clients continue. Despite having a invoice from them showing a zero balance they have refused to engage on email about removing a mechanics lien they placed on my property and have threatened specious defamation lawsuits over accurate online reviews. Marvella came to our Office in DC to install door handles onto a fridge. Working with them was a great experience. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done after experiencing a water leak that went down two floors. David was very professional and friendly. He covered the stairs and the floors before the repairs were started and cleaned up when done. The quality of the work was top notch.
