I had them about a year ago, I confirmed if they waive call service when work would accepted. The guy said yes, I called for odors issue, he did something else, I also requested to capped 4 heads, but when they billed me still add $75 service call and the odors still existing. I called to talk to them many time but they don’t even care. I paid almost $500 for just capped 4 pipes.
Outstanding service from Marick (formerly Bieg Plumbing) . We dealt with Cavion & Dennis, both professional and thorough. After rechecking the install, they found something that needed to be corrected and fixed it right away. THANK YOU MATT for saving my Wednesday!!! Woke up, leaving out of town and realized our waste sewer pipe exploded. Matt showed up with 100% compassion, and sympathized with our problem. Also teaching us that high end toilet paper for these older house pipes are huge culprits of alot of problems. As much as no one wants to hear it, 1 ply disintegrates with no problem. 3 ply or 4 ply takes time to break down, and as he said “sometimes just dries hard and ends up blocking these old pipes” thus
Had a great first experience with this company. However, the second attempt to hire their services wasn't good. I emailed them thru their website on Christmas because we had a mainline clog starting a couple days before and I wanted to get a reply as soon as they were open after Christmas. They emailed me back the morning of Friday the 26th asking if I wanted to make an appointment for Monday. I replied yes a couple hours later and didn't hear anything else.
