They have been giving me an acceptable service for the last 2 years but I noticed a leak in my pool and they never told me. I have to pay for a “leak detection guy” that they hired but never came to check my pool. They didn’t answer my phone calls, never text me back and didn’t gave my money back. Very disrespectful people and disappointed with their service. Not a serious company.

Great experience with Marco Polo Pools. The team showed up on time and got right to work. My pool was looking rough and within one visit it was crystal clear again. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about the work. Communication was easy and everything was handled professionally. Definitely sticking with them for regular service.

Would not recommend. Failed to let me know of equipment issues. Started transitioning our pool from salt to chlorine without any discussion. Called, emailed, and texted to cancel service, and yet they still show up.
