I called Mike at M & EM Plumbers and he picked up personally, which was great, he said he was available for a "remove and replace" water heater install, and he said he could be there by noon. This was exactly what I needed. The new water heater was for a rental with a tenant so timing is very important. He gave me a written quote before starting and an invoice via email when he finished. I never had to go to the unit because he sent pictures and we used Zelle to finish the transaction. So easy!
