I Dont know if everyone in this company had a total lack of respect for others safety on the roads or if its just the driver of truck 32. If this company puts as much care into their work as they do their driving and safety stay away.

Jim came out and inspected my insulation, then surprised me by saying that I already have enough insulation and that adding more would be unlikely to help. I don't find this sort of honesty as often as I'd like.

I am very disappointed in this company. Two years ago, I needed to hire an insulation contractor. At the advice of a friend who is a high-end contractor, I called M&D. I left a message and didn't receive a return call. Recently, I purchased a piece of property with a cabin that I need to have insulated. I called M&D and left a message with the receptionist telling her what I needed. She told me "Rusty is here somewhere, but not available. I will have him call you". I didn't get a call.

Workers from M&D came to our home today to insulate our new addition. They arrived at about 7:15, before I had completed shoveling the driveway. They were patient while I cleared the rest of the driveway of last night's snow. Then as we were figuring out the best part into the addition ( through the dining room and kitchen) they laid down plastic to minimize the mess that might be tracked in. Getting a price and quickness of getting insulation complete was easy and pleasant to work with Tony. Quality of workmanship was poor. Go ahead and plan plenty of time to scrape off overspray before drywall. As well as trimming insulation that was sprayed in around each window. Better off to do the windows yourself instead of cutting it out where they put to much in or buying cans to fill in everywhere they missed.
