Sonnia initially seemed professional and responsive, but once work began, communication became inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether. The project was left incomplete and poorly executed. Malibu Pools was able to identify 3 leaks in our 42-year old pool that were running up our county water and sewage bill. We paid another company for a couple of leak repairs that did not solve the problem. All the staff members we spoke with at Malibu Pool were highly competent and the leak detection and repair service was performed promptly.
