Do not use this company for anything. I had them do a structural engineering report to remove a violation on a building I purchased. They did a 57 page report of the entire building which I took to LnI in Philadelphia with architectural drawings to get a make safe permit. The LnI staff explained the report and prints could not be used because it has things not pertaining to the violation. I explained this to these people ans my architect.
