We had a fantastic experience overall with Made in the Shade and absolutely love our new shade. Matt came out to our home, walked us through all of our options, and answered every question we had. We never felt pressured at any point, which we really appreciated. The process was very clear from the start, and we received a detailed installation report ahead of time so there were no surprises. Delivery was actually faster than estimated, and installation took about 4 hours with a 4-person crew.
