When we moved to Ohio we had another company install very expensive shades and they never got it right - it was a total nightmare. We decided to try again and went with "Made in the Shade" and had a totally different experience! The window coverings are AMAZING, the process and the people are wonderful and the installation was professional. We felt like we got the "white glove treatment" at a better price than our nightmare experience.
