From beginning to end, those at Mad City made it very easy to replace the windows in our house. During our first meeting our sales person went over every feature of the windows, showed designs, and explained the whole process. There was a small hiccup during installation when one of the windows was cracked. Mad City installers let us know that it was cracked, and that they were going to replace it.
