I just got a new door opener installed less than a month ago. Within one month the installed opener is no longer worked. I reached out to the company and was told that I would need to buy another opener for $450 just after a month of purchasing a brand new opener and had it installed. This is unacceptable and unethical business on M & S commercial windows. We trusted you with our business but have just been let down greatly.
