Lyons was recommended by a friend who has used them for years and been very happy. Cris came out yesterday and did a free roof inspection. He felt we had a year or so of life left so recoating not needed now altho there are a couple of cuts in the coating, likely from new HVAC install last year. Cris recommended we think about full replacement as our next move (instead of recoating) as the foam layer is getting old and losing its slope so there is some water-pooling He left us with 3 estimates
