Unfortunately we had several issues with Luxe during our ADU remodel. It took 4x the time they quoted us for, there was several staff turnover, and the work was ok. We still have some issues that were never resolved. Most concerning is that several subcontractors have continue to approach us to state they had not been paid by Luxe yet and are threatening to lien the house.

I used this company two years ago for a primary bath reno and just last week spent thousands to redo it because Luxe did not properly waterproof the shower bench. I wish I had more personal construction experience to have kept a closer eye on the work because I had my reservations about the quality but in these cases you really don’t know how bad it is until you start seeing the water damage after a year.
