I'll give them two stars because there was a person with customer service who was polite when I emailed and refunded me for part of the trouble. I had to move last minute out of my 1 bedroom (~550 sq ft) apartment. Lugg was convenient because I could book last minute. I chose my van size based off of the recommendations on their website.
