Unbelievable delivery experience with this Lucid plant , they have a plenty room to park, overnight and stay for days , but never unload on time, you can be unloaded after 18 hours or 2 days , you never know, they don’t care about your appointment time. They don’t have enough space for storage the load and will keep you parked for hours or days, you are the free storage for them, like a solution for they lack management. Horrible place to drop off i was told to rush because they needed their stuff early and once i got here i was treated it so bad and when i came back to my appointment the next day they got me waiting 10 hours Very bad staff very bad place hard to dock its just not worth ur time run

Productivity is not there strong suit here. Got here at 9 am and spent the day waiting for a dock door. Had a load going back to TX that we had to cancel because of it. Found a load leaving from this same facility that it looks like is also going to have to cancel because shipping and receiving close at 5pm and we will not be unloaded until 6 pm is the projection from receiving. I won't be back no matter how cool the rides are!
