We absolutely loved our door from Love That Door when we first purchased it for our new construction home 3 years ago. It was a very expensive investment, and the door itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. We decided we wanted to replace the frosted glass because we could not clearly see outside, and trying to get assistance with replacing the two glass panes in our double doors has been a struggle for the last year

This is our second time using Love that Door. Lori and the whole team really worked well with us. I can't wait to see our bifold door and window wall installed. Our customized steel door is gorgeous and been a center piece for over 6 years now .
