What a joke. Our condominium makes us use this company or else we have to pay out of pocket. The unit below me has a floor that is caving in and only getting worse. They came out Feb and said this was an emergency and then didn't send someone out to fix it. Finally they agreed to bring someone out and the guy forgot his clothes because he got in a car accident and is using a rental car. Then he left to get his clothes and got in "another car" accident.
