Very disappointing experience! I contracted Lock Tight Impact at the beginning of Sept 2025 to replace my windows in South Beach, FL and paid 50% deposit up front. At the end of Nov 2025, I called them to ask what's happening. Their answer was that "the City is being very difficult". A few days later I called the City and found out that Lock Tight just applied for the permit a few days before (probably after my call). I highly recommend letting locktight impact windows to do your windows. They did a really great job on my mother's windows. Highly recommend
