I called 1/3/25 he came out 1/4/25 to open a new storm door I had put in with a new lock. He got the door unlocked and told me all was good I tried it before he left and it remained locked again he had to reopen the door again. He did some more work on the door. He determined the lock needed to be replaced and would order a new lock for us for the door. so we can't lock the door if we want to open it again.
