Fast service and fixed a back door lock and deadbolt that had not worked right for decades. It took a while. The service tech was fast and professional. They take checks, card or best of all cash. The service location was a Condo in Lombard.

Do not trust them. They have no problem with elder abuse. Took advantage of my 80 year old mother. She called to have them look at a deadbolt that would not lock from one side. Gentleman came out, did not give her a price, replaced the deadbolt, and left in under an hour and charged her over $550. I have called them and their locksmith 14 times to try and have them make things right with my mom, but they say things like “the manager isn’t in” or “they’ll get back with you by the end of the day,”
