I used Lock Monkey's to change out/rekey 3 doors (Balcony, Balcony Storage, Front Door) and was very happy with the outcome. It was pricey but I was told the cost up front. George was professional, comprehensive, quick and I appreciated (and took) the other safety suggestions he made. I'd do business with them again.

I used Lock Monkeys several years ago and it was reasonable and great service. However this time was different. I didn't ask for pricing upfront which is my fault but it was so reasonable before so i thought it wasn't needed. The tech rekeyed 3 locks in about 30 minutes. The cost was $290 and it was a scheduled appointment. I have contacted the office and haven't been able to get a breakdown on if the charges are correct or a receipt. I don't recommend. UPDATE THEY CORRECTED THIS AND WERE GREAT
