Great experience, the folks arrived during allotted time, they were friendly and quick with our bed frame removal.

Great experience. I called several places who wouldn't give me a price until the loaders arrived. Loadup's ai assistant asked all the right questions and gave me a fair price based on my exact items I needed to have removed. Driver arrived on time, took the items. Easy-peasy.

They inform you after you have paid in full that they cannot guarantee pick up.. my schedule pickup was today between 12:00 and 4:00 and here it is 3:00 p.m. and they said they do not have a confirmed driver. They also said that if I cancel or ask for a refund tomorrow they're only going to refund 50% even though they provided zero service.. should anything change in the next hour I would be happy to remove this post

They were accommodating, knowledgeable, and very polite. Rey happy with the set up and removal.
