Ali and the team provided great service from the first phone call to the actual repair service. The offered transparent pricing which was extremely reasonable. Another company tried to charge me six times what Lighthouse quoted me for the same service. Despite being late to place my order and having several other customers in the same situation, this company went above and beyond to complete my installation before the expiration of tax credits on December 31st. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team. The sales team creatively suggested a location for my panels that required no tree trimming. The installation team was exceptionally professional. Getting solar really can be tough.... I did ALL of the research I possibly could, spoke to a dozen companies, and spent so much time. Lighthouse Solar is fantastic! We had a system put in about 7 years ago and it has functioned great. Like any mechanical system, there will be hiccups in functionality. What separates Lighthouse from the others is their customer service. They will work with you over the phone and try to fix the problem, if possible, before sending out a tech. Many other companies send the tech and ask question later. So, if you want deep knowledge on top of great service, this is the company for you.
