I have used LG carpet cleaning several times now. The latest to clean my tile and grout They do excellent work and my tile looks almost brand new! I highly recommend them.

A bit disappointed. We have a lighter colored sectional, but it’s been looking dingy. So I called LG services. They removed one of two stains completely which was awesome !Unfortunately the rest looks worse than before. They said that it kept pulling up more dirt while suctioning it. (Even the though the solid white cushion inside the cover is bright white). So now it’s more of a brown couch. I feel like they should have just kept suctioning until the dirt stopped coming out?
