Our furnace went out and we called them and they came out next day. They were very thorough and explained and showed pictures and explained the need for a new system. I didn’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need. Installed next day at a very competitive price!

Our AC went out and we called and they came out immediately and diagnosed the problem and got us a great deal on a replacement furnace and AC. Would highly recommend!

Worst customer service of any Hvac company I have ever talked to. Instead of talking to you like a human being they talk down to you. I felt awful and humiliated. Never would I ever use this company again they want you to spend money that is all. If you do not do what they say they make you feel like you are done for and nothing can help you. They are not helpful and will not stand behind anything not sure what their problem is but it is a big one.. They need to learn what kindness is. Really

Jake and Bill came out to my house the same day we called. They were able to diagnose what was wrong in a timely manner. Bill climbed up on my roof and cleared a nest from my vent. Jake came back the next day, on a Saturday to fix my gas valve. They were super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I appreciate all of their help! I highly recommend.

Amazing service! We had a new water softener and sump pump installed. Unfortunately, the primary sump pump was a lemon, but Jake came out the next day after we discovered it wasn’t working and assessed the problem. After a second pump also turned out to be a lemon the third time was a charm. Would definitely recommend Legacy!!

Great customer service. After we agreed to pricing they told me when they were going to be there and they were there at that time and date. This really counts when you have to take time to meet someone. Told me they were going to be able to install my new heating/ac units in one day. Not only did they do this but finished early. When they were done there was no clean up I had to do. It was like they were never there except for a new system that replaced a old system. Good price, great service. W
