He was very helpful and professional on the call, and responded on-site within an hour. Prices were extremely fair—hundreds cheaper than a competitor that was trying to take advantage of me before I called this company. The job was finished within 2 hours of me calling for less than half the price of “the other guy”. Highly recommended!!

Ivan was INCREDIBLE! Our AC broke yesterday and in this intense heat, it was miserable. We called many HVAC companies in the area but many were delayed and not answering at 7pm at night. We called Legacy Home Comfort and Ivan answered, he calmed us and said he could come to West End area in an hour. He arrived in 35 minutes, fixed our thermostat and AC promptly in 1.5 hours for a really affordable price. Highly recommend this place, great service. Ivan was our hero!

I actually had a wonderful experience. The technician came on time and was extremely helpful. He was able to show me where the issue was and how to take care of the maintenance myself so that it doesn't happen again. He also was able to confirm that the previous company that came out, did not do a good job and pretty much took my money and did nothing. I was very pleased with Legacy.
