A perfect experience from start to finish. Legacy Flames installed a gas fireplace insert for a condo I own. The project involved coordinating with tenants and building management. I live out-of-town and was not there in person for any of the project. None of this was a problem. Derek and Mica walked my wife and I through all of our options to get the perfect insert - optimizing cost and function for our needs. We had a tricky fireplace with an arched opening. Mica customized the product
