Regis was informative and knowledgeable about the water system. Very pers I nable man...good to talk to ...gave clear explanations about the product. Brian and Bo were excellent in terms of scheduling instalation and instalation itself. Its only been a day since instalation so I cannot speak about the water itself until I have time to evaluate its effectiveness....but the entire process has been great so far!
