TJ was very good. Prompt and polite. She knew what she was doing. I had concerns about insulation that our handy man wrapped around a pipe to furnace. She quickly recognized it wasn’t code and ask me if it was ok to remove.

11/24 -Furnace. Once again, Nakita came for our furnace tune-up. She is always upbeat and friendly. She got straight to it and everything checked out fine. Thanks for being a great local choice! 4/25 -Cooling UPDATE: Technician T’Shayla sent a note that she was on her way and showed up at the scheduled time. She was friendly and outgoing.
