Worst service ever by Alain. He was good at the beginning, got us the lights we wanted but then dropped the ball, never returned multiple calls and when he finally did, he said he couldn’t help us anymore. He wasted a month of our time. Do not use this store.

From the moment we entered the store, we felt well taken care of. Everyone was courteous and attentive. We worked with Alex. He zeroed in on our needs and the style of lighting we were looking for. There was no pressure. As a result we found an exact match. It was one of those you know it’s right when you see it moments. We will be turning to LBU and Alex for all our lighting needs in the future.
