Complete scam. Months ago I tried they “$19” first mow to try it out. Not only did they show up a day later than scheduled and damaged my property, but I was shocked to find they charged me OVER 400% of the initial promo price. Even if their own documents claim a 100% surcharge for “long grass”, that should come out to $38 and not >$80.
